We are proud to announce our recent collaboration with Redback Technologies, in donating Endeavour Foundation with their brand new solar installation.
Endeavour Foundation is a fantastic organisation with an aim of giving people with intellectual learning disabilities access to education and teaching them life skills. Endeavour believes in truly allowing everyone to live their best lives, whether that is by living independently, learning new skills or exploring new interests.
Ecovantage visited Endeavour Foundation’s Bundaberg office, one of the many branches that can be found in the heart of local communities. We were thrilled to donate a 10kW 3 phase Redback hybrid battery system with 13kW of Axitec 440W panels to help Endeavour lower their carbon footprint. Not only that, this installation will go a long way in helping Endeavour cover the costs of their operations allowing for them to help more people live their best lives.
Aaron Jenkins, Ecovantage’s GM of Large Energy Users, was one of the team members hard at work this week donating their time and skills.
Aaron drove up in one of our Queensland’s fleet of electric vehicles to assist with the project. He reported the drive from Noosa to Bundaberg used around 60% of the vehicle’s battery, which was re-charged using a free government charger, making the round trip green and completely free!
Ecovantage is proud to support this well valued organisation on their journey to lowering their carbon footprint.
