Ecovantage Holiday Closure 2024

The team at Ecovantage will be taking a short break over the holiday period. 

Our offices will be closed from COB Friday 20 December, and reopening on Monday 6 January.

Product Troubleshooting & Warranty Support.

Our troubleshooting and warranty help centre has a series of very useful FAQs, troubleshooting tips, user manuals and contact details for heat pump hot water systems that we have sold. 
 
Any support tickets sent through will be actioned as soon as possible once we reopen on 6 January.
 
If you have an EcoAlliance or EcoGenica branded heat pump and need urgent support over the break, their service centre will be available on 1300 341 010.

Upgrade Enquiries.

Our network of delivery partners will also be taking a well earned break over this period. We will review all enquiries sent through when we reopen and work with our partners to contact you as soon as possible.

Account Department Enquiries.

For any Accounts Payable or Receivable enquiries over the break, please send through an email to accounts@ecovantage.com.au and we will get back to you once we reopen.

Certificate Partner Enquiries.

For any existing Certificate Partner enquiries over the break, please send through an email to info@ecovantage.com.au and we will get back to you once we reopen.
