QLD Government Boosting Sustainability Projects

The Queensland Government is awarding grants of up to $100,000 for eligible projects to charities and not-for-profit organisations. Projects must be aimed at reducing emissions, boosting renewables, or reducing energy bills that come with running facilities and services.

Ecovantage has extensive experience in these projects and supporting organisations applying for local government grants. We are currently working with a number of charities on sustainability projects aiming to capitalise on these generous grants, whilst reducing their emissions and saving them money on their energy bills.

So far, under the ‘Community Sustainability Action’ grant program, the Queensland government has allocated over $21million to support 526 projects. Applications for this round of ‘Community Climate Action of the Community Sustainability Action’ grants program close on Wednesday 7 December.
